Operation: Fall Beauty Splurges

To me, Fall is a breath of cool fresh air and I have been prepping for it by improving what I have. I’ve been tweaking my blog, pulling out my ever flattering boots, switching my skin care regime, annnndddddd splurging on a few worthwhile beauty goodies:

FORtheHAIR:

Philip B’s Russian Amber Imperial Shampoo ($90 at lockandmane.com)

Naturally shiny, luscious healthy locks are crucial for any season, and I’ve been hearing AMAZING things about Philip B’s Russian Amber Imperial Shampoo. This luxury shampoo has been dubbed the “fountain of youth’ and the “holy grail” of hair care + I’m desperate for some results. I know, It’s mighty pricey just for a shampoo, but hey, If it works I’ll be saving on deep conditions and shine treatments at the salon. 

FORlovelyLASHES:

Talika Lipocils Expert ($55 at Sephora or talika.com)

I have the absolute worst eyelashes and more often than not resort to Ardell or Salon Perfect lashes for to add drama to my look, buttt this Fall I’m looking for naturally long, thick doll-like lashes to frame my peepers and I’m hoping Talika Lipocils will do the trick.  I’ve had great results with Talika products in the past so here’s to $55  and diligence to apply lipocils day and night for 28 days straight. Clarisonic MIA in Lavender ($149 clarisonic.com)

Clarisonic — ok ok, I got my Clarisonic Plus a while a go and it isn’t just a Fall Splurge, it’s an every season splurge! You need it in the summer to clear up those clogged pores, and in the cooler weather to scrub away dead skin cells to bring forth beautiful fresh vibrant skin! Nonetheless I ultimately HAD to mention it because Clarisonic recently released  a handful of colorful MIAs (yellow, blue, lavender love love love!) and I can’t help but debate picking up the adorable Lavender Clarisonic MIA to take during all my Travels. If you’re on the fence about purchasing a Clarisonic please make the jump, it’s investment in your skin and worth every penny.

Leaf & Rusher’s TxLips ($21 leafandrusher.com)

Dry lips are the bane of my existence. It doesn’t feel sexy, it ruins a perfectly good lipstick, it makes applying lip gloss less glamorous, it’s just plain woeful. Throw this in your bag or use it every morning to scrub away all the icky dead skin on you lips before applying balm, gloss or lipstick. I promise using this product will help with smoother application of lipstick… oohh and the best part? TXlip is made from tiny sugar particles so if you don’t have a napkin handy to wipe it off.. you can just lick it off and VOILA –smooth sexy lips, kiss kiss indeed.

I initially planned sharing 3 beauty splurges, but for the life of me I could not narrow it down, so there you have it some of my secret weapons to looking fabulous for Fall.
